Stub Stewart Hosts, friends, family, reunion

Stub Stewart state park is a great place to camp host; the rangers, volunteers, and campers are all fun.    The park is fairly new with lots of hiking and biking.    We had a great month of September and the best part is how close we were to friends and family while staying in a lovely park.    Benny is at Pacific U in Forest Grove.   He and Alisia came out for dinner plus we saw him in town several times.  Shannon, Izzy and I took a trip to the zoo and the Martins came to the park for dinner.   Friends Jerry and Deborah Stephenson stopped by on their way to Vegas.  Lunch with Gary, Darcy, Joyce, and Dell reminded us of a great time in Victoria 26 years ago so we recreated a picture from that trip.   We took a day trip to Multnomah Falls and had a nice hike and lunch at the lodge.   Overall, we managed to catch up with just about everyone before heading south for the winter.
